Scott Miller, founder and managing partner of Foxfern Holdings LLC, drives the company’s strategic vision, overseeing all aspects of sourcing, execution, and capital raising. His leadership is rooted in extensive experience across the real estate development sector. Before establishing Foxfern, Scott launched and led the Southwest regional office for Portman Residential, a subsidiary of Portman Holdings, as Vice President of Development. There, he managed the sourcing, entitlement, acquisition, and development of high-profile mixed-use and multifamily properties in Texas and the Southwest. Prior to his role at Portman, Scott honed his development expertise at StreetLights Residential, where he spearheaded the development process for multifamily projects in Texas and Florida. His foundational experience comes from his time at Jacobs Engineering, where he worked as a civil engineer specializing in land development.
